Designing Graphics that Inform and Teach

I have also been designing educational content for my client Reach the World for almost 25 years. Most recently, I’ve been helping them produce science-themed flags for the classroom. The logos I was commissioned to design would be featured within a flag template that I created two years ago in Adobe Illustrator.

These Science-based graphics are designed to inform and teach. They are tiny puzzles that can be solved through observation. Meant to be understood with few or no words.

I used Adobe Illustrator to quickly create my vector objects. In some cases, I am free-handing this. I other cases, I researched nature photography and used the images on a layer and traced over their outlines.

I’ll update this page later this year when I have a few more flags to add.
